Mr. Tahsin Qadir Ali

Mr. Tahisn Qadir Ali is Kurdish from Sulaimaniyah city, he’s born in 11 April 1959, married and has 4 children. He is a civil engineer graduated from the colleague of Engineer in the University of Sulaimaniyah 1981. He joined the PUK since 1976 and worked in several public affairs for PUK. He was a Deputy Minister for Industry and Energy (1994 -1998). Lastly he has been assigned as a Minister of Water Resources in 2006.
